We believe in giving you true financial planning, acting in your best interest to help you pursue your goals. When you contact our office, we follow an established process to help you make an informed and educated decision about working with us. This is how it will look:

 

When you first reach out, we will schedule a 15-minute introductory phone call. During this time, we want to get to know about you and your situation, and we’ll share an overview of how we work together. If we both agree it’s a good fit, we’ll go ahead and schedule a first meeting and request documentation.

Our first meeting face-to-face, whether in-office or electronically, is all about you. We want to know you, and what you want to do with this life you’ve been given. We’ll discuss your  goals and values, and start strategizing on how to get from here to there. With the context of the documentation you’ve provided, we’ll start sketching out ideas to optimize your wealth journey as we begin painting the picture of your financial plan. 

After the first meeting, we will review, analyze and formulate a proposed financial plan to help you optimize your wealth strategy, taking into account the various facets of your family’s state of affairs, including investments, insurance protection, estate plan, taxes, and values. 


At our second meeting, we will review the goals we discussed during our previous conversations, and present the financial plan we’ve prepared to help you get there. We’ll spend time discussing how this plan for your finances fits into the overall picture of your deeply-held values. We will answer any questions you may have, and we will review the options for working together with us, including one-time planning fee or ongoing management. If we all agree it’s a good fit, you will be invited to join our client family. 


At our third meeting, we are answering any questions that have come up in the meantime and reviewing any adjustments to the proposed plan. Any recommended next steps, such as meetings with attorneys or accountants, will be discussed at this point as well.  As part of this meeting, we will also take action on the paperwork to become a client. 


Finally, because life is constantly changing around us, it’s important to stay on track with your plan. If you’ve chosen an ongoing engagement, after your onboarding, our team will regularly monitor the portfolio and adjust as needed, and we will meet periodically to review and strategize.
